Lawrence & Associates Accident and Injury Lawyers, LLC is a law firm established in 2005 with an office in Fort Mitchell, KY. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing personal injury, car accidents, motorcycle accidents and 14 other areas of law.
Kelsey and Justin did a great job on my social security case. I got denied twice but they got it in front of a judge and that's how we won. They got the hearing quick because I thought it was going to be over a year to get one but it really only took about ten months after covid hit.
I was in a car wreck last July. The other driver's insurance company never called me back, wouldn't tell me what I had to send in, nothing. Once I got Justin and Danielle, they took care of everything. I didn't have to go to court and everything moved fast once they were on the case. i'd use them again.
I lost my job because of the COVID situation and the unemployment got held up. I got behind on my credit cards and they said they was going to sue. I liked that I could get started on the telephone since this was when a lot of things were still closed. Two, Justin described how everything was going to happen and it was all that way. They walked me through the video set up for the hearing so there was no computer problems. Can't ask for any better than the service here.
I had a workers comp case with Justin a few years ago, and he won that. When I got laid off, I had to file for bankruptcy and I went back to Justin. They made everything really easy and they talk to you like a normal person would. not a lot of legal terms. Next time I need a lawyer I'm calling them.
I was in a car accident back before the pandemic shut everything down. I put off calling a lawyer forever because I've never had one and I was afraid I'd get taken advantage of. Luckily it was a really good experience. The insurance company fought me every step of the way, but Justin took over and I was able to let him take care of the rest. We won every single thing they denied me on. Also, I was able to do everything by video and email. It was a great experience!

Justin and his entire team were excellent to work with, from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful and easy to talk to/with. They were upfront and honest about everything, and made the entire experience easy to understand and deal with, where I was afraid was going to complicated and confusing. Lawrence & Associates is more than just your average boutique law firm. The firm offers legal services in various areas of law (bankruptcy, personal injury, etc.), but what really sets it apart is the professionalism and expertise of its staff and attorneys. The firm's paralegal is a downright bankruptcy expert, and Pete, one of the Partners there, is The expert trial attorney you want to have representing you in a courtroom (seriously, he's like a British version of Alan Shore from Boston Legal). Also impressive and equally important is the firm's sense of commitment to its local communities (I saw them on the news talking about their free "Wills for Cops" program. Look it up, its pretty neat). Honestly, I can't recommend this firm highly enough.
