Mr. Steve Rossi

I spoke with Steve Rossi and he bragged about all the people he knows, the things he has/knows about all of these people that I would be up against, and how his staff would help me with my case. He made me feel assured that they could take care of it before the case escalated. On the contrary, they made me feel invisible, and just took my money without any help or representation. They asked me to attend everything by myself and just take notes and tell them what happened. And then they charged me for reading my notes without any effort or resolution on their part. PLEASE look elsewhere for help because this is not the office for you when you desperately need it the most! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I wish I could give them zero or negative stars!

HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL!! I only spoke to Mr. Rossi once when it was time to hire him and sign my contract. His whole firm is clueless and extremely unorganized no one knows anything. I signed a contract for one price but received an invoice for a while different price. He charged me for emails to communicate regarding my case as well phone calls to and from his office. Mind you all these emails and calls were between office hours. Nothing was done about my case the actually lost documents regarding my case. Waste of my time and money. Do not waste money!!

I had the worst experience one could imagine with Mr.Steve Rossi. Paid $5000 non -refundable retainer, and he did nothing for 3 months. We were `very disappointed with the very unprofessional handling of our case, frustrated with the lack of communication, any progress, and dozens unanswered emails we decided to terminate our relationship with Mr.Rossi and hired a new lawyer. During our 3 months client attorney had only one phone call with Mr.Rossi which occurred one month and half after we hired him and during the phone call, he demonstrated great luck of knowledge regarding our case. Not only that he was not helpful, but he did great harm leading us to hire second and later third lawyer to try to fix the mess he created.We hired him for an appeal case, to learn from our new attorney that Mr.Rossi with his failure to act had waved our rights to appeal, we had 30 days to do so, and he never informed us of our rights. So, he failed us, he took our money.

I have no idea how this man gets anything above a 1. We hired him for our son, and he did nothing. He called him the wrong name during appeal and never went over anything we talked about. After our son was convicted as charged by school which was sexual Harassment level 4 with Steve doing nothing. Our new lawyers are known getting everything removed from his record and staff may lose jobs as the new lawyers looked at the details. When we get our process finished, we will send everything to Floridia bar and hopefully no one ever has to go through Steve Rossi again.

Mr. Rossi is the stereotypical swindling lawyer. I had an issue with my private college where I was 15 hours from completing my Master's degree, had an issue come up in my internship in which an immediate action was taken on my degree program without any recourse or progressive disciplinary actions leading up to me not being allowed to finish up my 15 HOURS REMAINING. I had high hopes with Mr. Rossi, and thought he would do right by me. He took all my money for the retainer, and instead of filing a lawsuit against the school--he went and issued them a letter asking to have me continue my program when I said over the phone and via numerous emails: I wanted a LAWSUIT!! Me and my husband were both Graduate students at this private college, had just had our first child, and went through all of our jewelry and pawned what we could JUST to pay this man, and this is how he treated us!He probably was paid off by the college under the table, BEWARE!He will answer to God one day for what he did!

Attorney Rossi advertises well. He states he is a former FBI employee etc. I gave a retainer for his services regarding a suspension of my son. After he received the money, I never heard from him. I communicated with his secretary and never communicated with any of the professional staff. I am a senior citizen with a minimal pension as a public servant. Mr. Rossi really hurt us and my son real bad. He took the money and I never heard from him other than a blue ----- email message on retainer.
