Hired Attorney Roger Foley

I received a ticket for an ordinance violation and was surprised to find out it could turn into a misdemeanor. This came as a surprise to me since the officer assured me this was a ‘minor issue of no importance’. After discussing this with Mr. Foley, he determined that I had a strong case. Having said that, he cautioned me that these situations are unpredictable. He called the city attorney to discuss the situation and after presenting my case the city simply dropped the case. He did a great job and this result was much better than I expected. Also, he moved quickly got these results in about a week. We are now working to get this expunged from my record altogether. Mr. Foley was easy to work with. He responds email quickly and usually answers the phone himself.

I contacted Roger Foley on behalf of my son who was facing multiple felony criminal charges. He was very responsive, investigated the charges immediately, and kept me updated on the case for the entire duration. His pricing was in line with other attorneys we contacted. He was hired because my son felt comfortable with him and he felt Roger would work hard for the best outcome for him. He immediately contacted the Prosecutor and started the process. He made us aware of any documentation we would need to better his case and we followed his recommendations. He also continued contact with my son and met with him before hearings and such. He listened to my concerns and what I wanted as the outcome. He was always available and responded quickly in returning calls.The case ended positively after negotiations, with misdemeanor charges and probation. I contacted Roger regarding an old warrant from a 2003 DUI that I was unaware of until a Background Check for employment. After attempting for months (with no results) to clear this issue on my own I found Roger through a Google search. After a 15-minute consultation I felt confident in Roger’s abilities to resolve this issue without me having to surrender to the court or jail! Roger laid out a very carefully constructed plan and left no detail of how things could go out. Roger working along with Broward County Probation was able to have my warrant dismissed & I was able to move forward with the Job Offer that was on pause while this issue was resolved. All said and done Roger had this completed in 2 weeks and I could not be more grateful! I would HIGHLY recommend Roger! He was like a Dog with a Bone and didn’t stop once until this was resolved! Thank You Roger!

He got me second felony dropped which is unheard of. Now I can get first one expunged and won’t be a felon. Answered every single call and actually felt like he was fighting for me not them. I hope to never have legal issues again but if I do mr foley will be representing me and he’s going to win the case he is a beast.

I was referred by a close friend of mine when I got a reckless driving citation. I had never been in trouble so I was very nervous about the whole process. Roger Foley is compassionate and trustworthy he takes care of you like if you were part of his family. He really made me feel secure and confident he could take care of the charge. Even though the state attorneys were taking forever to get back to him he stuck through and consistently reach out to them for information on the case. In the end they did not want to give in to dismissing it but Roger Foley asked them to ask for other opinions because it was not right what they were going to charge me. They ended up siding with Roger Foley and dismissed my case. When he says he will get it done he will trust him!

Hired Attorney Roger Foley

I had hired Mr. Foley and in my wait for a court date I had gotten arrested and spent 20 days in jail. On the day of my hearing the state was asking for several more months in jail time for my first VOP. Mr. Foley hadn't even been up on the podium for 2 min. and had talked them down to time served and the termination of my probation. Since then I have graduated with honors and have been greatly appreciating the simple freedoms I now have back. I highly recommend Mr. Foley

Hired Attorney Roger Foley

Having wasted money on one irresponsible Florida attorney, I reached out to the law office of Roger Foley in West Palm Beach because of his recommended skill and empathy in dealing with a mentally ill patient like my 36-year-old son, who faced criminal charges in Daytona Beach, Volusia County. Roger stood out because he “got it.” He was able to eventually connect with my son, and Roger was responsive as the case made its way through the two worlds of the court system and the Florida health care system. He took the time to meet with my son and understand the complexity of the situation. He also kept me, the parent, informed along the way. Further, Roger negotiated as well as he could with the prosecutor and wrote the court an outstanding letter outlining how my son deserved a reduced charge based on time served and my son’s situation. I still think that the courts and the Florida system were harsh in dealing with my son and my son’s case, but it could have been much worse.
