Kenneth “Ken” Padowitz saved my life. I was facing 21 years in prison for crimes I did not commit including, Aggravated fleeing and eluding law enforcement with lights and sirens activated, Carrying a firearm without a permit, and DUI resulting in property damage with BAC >.150. He kept me out of jail the whole two years my case has been going on. One of the officers who falsely charged me also told the judge to hold me without bail, so I would have rotted in jail the entire time until my trial. That corrupt officer recently resigned the police department and had to surrender his police officer’s certificate before they could fire him and he will never work in law enforcement again. Ken got me the ridiculous plea of no contest to reckless driving with withhold adjudication, which means I wasn’t found guilty of anything, no fines, no points, no criminal record. Because of Kenneth Padowitz I went from 21 YEARS in Prison to a Traffic Citation!
Terrible choice do not waste your money he is a lier and is no good at all . The guy never for a motion of discovery for my case and never even looked at the facts in my case or wanted to fight .. he was an ear charmer ,talked a great game until fully paid then he disappeared and seemed as if he was working with the state. He wanted me to pay in full over 100k in money that I did not take and he just simple needed to get the account information and see the amount taken wasn't even half of what was said by the victim. . So basically this guy wanted me to pay what was said by the state was owed .and he wanted me to just take a plea and get it over with .. so I fired him hired another lawyer who charged a third of the price he charged and she got ky discovery package and filed a motion amd the court put the correct amount that was taken . And the charges was thrown out . . I can write a book on how terrible this guy was but its simple please save your money he is a con
