Dan S. Arnold III, P.A. was founded in 1998 by Dan S. Arnold III who has attained Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. The firm was formed after his departure from the late firm of Fleming, O'Bryan & Fleming, one of South Florida's oldest and most respected law firms. Prior to that affiliation he served for two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert B. Maloney, United States District Judge, Northern District of Texas. Mr. Arnold also served as an intern to the Honorable William J. Zloch, Chief United States Judge, Southern District of Florida. Mr. Arnold was raised in Fort Lauderdale and his family ties to the community date to the 1950's. He uses his extensive experience in state and federal courts to represent clients in a variety of civil trial matters.

Mr. Arnold conducts his own research and depositions and by doing that will have an intimate knowledge of your case. Your matter will not be handled by any other attorney. You will speak to Mr. Arnold about your case, not an associate.

An unscrupulous landlord refused to return many thousands of dollars of a deposit. Dan Arnold stayed the course with her and we got our deposit returned - with interest!.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
