I was dissatisfied and dismissed two attorneys prior to retaining Amanda Bellotti, so I had to resubmit data, and information previously charged with the others. The only dissatisfaction was I felt over-charged for the services. I did feel like a lot of correspondence via email was encouraged, charged, and not relevant unless the case would have went to trial. I would have taken this case to trial had I not been so deep in debt in attorney fees. I did not feel my settlement was fair but I didn't think continued litigation prudent to pay additional attorney and realtor fees . As much as I felt the settlement extremely unfair on my behalf, I rather my ex-wife have the money than lose it fighting frivolously. Bellottti team could be compared to the car 'Ferrari" high performing but expensive.
Very disorganized and the lack of communication was astounding. Keen lied to my face several times and yelled at me in her conference room. When I called her out on it she dropped me. I am a medical professional and her lack of professionalism definitely needs to be reported. She should not be practicing law. Too inexperienced. She kept the unused retainer that I truly needed. I do not recommend her at all.
