Amanda Medlin Bellotti

I feel honored to be writing my own review of Amanda as it was the previous reviews that initially convinced me to use her in my child custody case. As previous reviews state, she is extremely quick to respond. I have personally seen other lawyers in other custody cases take days or even weeks to reply to a simple email - that is not the case with Amanda. She kept me up to date every step of the way and I was getting updates from my ex's lawyer through Amanda that my ex wasn't even getting from his own attorney. There is no way I will ever use another attorney, Amanda exceeded my expectations and got the job done.

From the first meeting with Mrs Bellotti, I knew she would not only fight for what was right, but that it would be in the best interest of me and my children. Amanda and her assistant Meagan were top Notch. They kept me informed of what was going to happen next, open and very responsive communication, extremely knowledgeable, while also truly listening to your wants and needs. Amanda does not sugar coat and gets the job done the first time and is very confident in her field. With Amanda and Meagan on your team, you never have to worry- they will do what’s right and you will feel secure in your decisions with them throughout the process. I’m thankful everyday I hired Amanda and fully trusted her to take care of my needs and most importantly my children. Forever grateful for their wisdom and help with my divorce that ultimately saved me from more years of sorrow and abuse. You won’t regret hiring her and her team!

My first experience with Amanda was 12 years ago, I met her at a very sad and overwhelming time. The passing of a loved one is hard enough without added stress. Amanda was recommended by a very trusted family friend and proved to be a exceptional experience. She recovered the stolen property and probated a will fir my family. Mrs. Bellotti is top notch. Her and her staff go above and beyond when it comes to communication on the status of your case. This is a trait I have found to be rare and Amanda and her staff must take pride in their follow up capabilities. She spares no expense on her preparation for your case. She has her team taking notes while she organizes the information, and I had plenty. During court she proved to be invaluable, she was prepared, organized, she remembered conversation information that was covered during the preparation meeting, and witty when the other party slipped up she honed in on the slip up and exposed the truth. Amanda is a bit more expensive than some attorneys in the area, but she is worth each dime of this and more. I was waiting on court, the bailiff asked “which lawyer is yours”? I stated my lawyer was Mrs. Bellotti and he stated she is one of the best in town and that she is a, “barracuda”. I felt like she understood my case and had my back through the entire process

Amanda Bellotti is the best out there. She keeps you informed during the whole process and keeps the process moving forward. She lets you know from the initial consultation the situation you will be dealing with and she lets you know what your options are. She is very knowledge of the law and through her experiences in this field she has seen it all so she will not let opposing parties take advantage of you.

I cannot express how much this lawyer helped my family. In a divorce everyone loses to some extent. Amanda did what was right, and fought for my children. A good lawyer will look at things from both sides and advise. Amanda does this very well. She is very organized, responsive , and passionate about doing the right thing. When you are going through a divorce it’s easy to allow emotions and feelings to take over. Amanda is a voice of reason and gave me comfort and security throughout the entire process..I feel certain that given the circumstances in my case I’ll have to continue to fight and do what is right for my children. As a mother and a working woman who was faced with a lot of difficulties and challenges without a doubt I would call upon her again or refer anyone going through a difficult divorce to seek her counsel.
