If you are trying to settle without going to court please don't think you don't need a lawyer. I was hopeful we could settle out of court but my ex was being unreasonable. After going to court for maintenance and seeing Amanda in action he was willing to negotiate .She will fight for you and is not intimidated.I would recommend her 100%
