Hired Attorney Timothy Kolman

Mr. Kolman is a brilliant person who I unconditionally recommend. I have seen other lawyers and he is the first one I would call if the need rises again.

After two years He has had worked on my Case and He was Failed . The case has Earned only $6000 Dollars and 40% has taking Off for Himself "Lawyer " , I myself only get whatever left in this amount of Six Thousands Dollars . This all took up to Two Years for this Total Amount of Six Thousands Dollars!!!??!?!????. Wasn't good at All !!!! I Would Not Rate Him for No. 2 out of 5.....

I hired Mr. Kolman because of wrongful termination. Unfortunately he didn’t handle my case professionally. I wasted 2 years waiting for this firm to take any action, he never answered my emails, didn’t follow up, never returned phone calls. He was rude. I had to hire another lawyer to learn that there was a hearing about which Mr. Kolman didn’t tell me at all. During the course of the case he showed indifference, didn’t read the materials and didn’t work on the case at all. No recommendation!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
