Trying to figure out the paperwork on my own without a lawyer was very complicated, but since me and my ex were in agreement about all the terms of our divorce, we didn't want to drain financial resources on lawyers. Instead of risking messing up the process on my own, I found Cairns Law Offices and couldn't have been more happy with my decision to use them. After reviewing the reviews for Cairns I decided to take a chance and attempt to get divorced, my concern was that a divorce had already been started 12 years prior. No problem at all, they took care of that and created all new documents. It took months to have them signed (by my now EX! :)) but finally when he signed them (and filed them without my signature (SIGH*) (again no problem). This was 4 months later. I signed and the documents were finalized. I signed up for the 13 - 16 week divorce, so, the clock was now ticking... so I thought! Surprise, I was divorced 13 days later! 13 DAYS! Happy New Year to me! And thank you Cairns for such a quick, easy, cheap, uneventful, and drama free experience!
