Hired Attorney

Working with Mr. Mooney was a good experience he helped me with the troubles I was facing. He helped me to get what I think was the best possible result for my case. He was knowledgeable and personable. Also, he was easy to talk to and wiling to work with me. He pushed for my best outcome and gave me good advice. I’m glad and thankful I chose him to help me with my situation.

Hired Attorney

Unfortunately this was the worst experience of my life with an attorney. I hate that I am even writing this but since he never refunded my money even after agreeing to on paper and will not contact me back i felt it was necessary to warn others of his practice and his lack of communication. I was able to meet him 1 time after he took my money, almost 4 weeks after. Then another 3 weeks after I fired him for a total of 20 min in which after agreeing to refund part of our money he took off 2 hours of fees for his 20 min of face to face meetings (not included in his time "working on my case". Very disappointed and will be reaching out to the bar association with my complaint and proof of fraud. So not hired Mr Mooney.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
