My company and I were wrongfully sued. Before I hired Mr. Madrid, I contacted the attorney that sued us to explain that we were not liable. I was ignored by the plaintiff's attorney. I then asked around and several individuals recommended that I contact Mr. Madrid. At the initial meeting, Mr. Madrid explained the litigation process and immediately strategized the case. He explained what steps could be taken and the potential pitfalls, which I appreciated. I then hired Mr. Madrid who took an aggressive approach. He answered the lawsuit and requested that the plaintiff produce all of the evidence to support his allegations. Mr. Madrid then filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit which the court granted and dismissed my case. If you need an aggressive, professional, and trustworthy attorney, Mr. Madrid is the go to person.
