Rich Masana

I have great appreciation for Richard Masana. I was pretty scared, but Richard was always there for all questions and made everything really clear. Now I feel a lot better and can relax for now.

Rich was very knowledgeable and compassionate. He was clear about the steps we needed to take and was always professional. He made a very difficult filing as easy as humanly possible.

To me, Rich reminds me of an old-school lawyer. In this day and age of law firms passing much of the work to paralegals or assistants, Rich is 100% hands-on. He was always the one to talk to me when I had questions. His advise was spot-on as well. He know the system and what works and what doesn't. As well, he doesn't' gouge you if there are meetings or phone calls. I certainly hope i won't need his services again. But if i ever do, he will be my goto person! thanks Rich!!
