Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I have great appreciation for Richard Masana. I was pretty scared, but Richard was always there for all questions and made everything really clear. Now I feel a lot better and can relax for now.
Rich was very knowledgeable and compassionate. He was clear about the steps we needed to take and was always professional. He made a very difficult filing as easy as humanly possible.
Rich is very knowledgeable. His approach is methodical. What I like about working with him is he tries to make a difficult situation bearable and ensures there is light at the end of the tunnel. I would select him again immediately. Amazing attorney.
To me, Rich reminds me of an old-school lawyer. In this day and age of law firms passing much of the work to paralegals or assistants, Rich is 100% hands-on. He was always the one to talk to me when I had questions. His advise was spot-on as well. He know the system and what works and what doesn't. As well, he doesn't' gouge you if there are meetings or phone calls. I certainly hope i won't need his services again. But if i ever do, he will be my goto person! thanks Rich!!
Rich was everything I wanted and more in a bankruptcy attorney. When I first started navigating the bankruptcy process I was overwhelmed and felt as if failure was imminent. Rich took all my worries away during our first meeting. He is one of the most intelligent, humble, and honest human beings I have had the pleasure of meeting. From start to finish, Rich never steered me the wrong way.
I started the process with Rich two years ago fighting a mortgage company and when the mortgage company unfortunately would not concede we had no option but to file bankruptcy. Rich and his staff are a great team. Rich is very quick in response and congenial and patient. He makes the whole process painless. He knows what he is doing and I highly recommend his law firm.
Rich was able to assist me with bankruptcy in the most efficient and compassionate manner. He met me in areas that were convenient for me. We were able to file so quickly so I could put this part behind me and start rebuilding. He answers his texts quickly and his first response to me was on a Saturday right after I reached out to him. If you need legal services, I would call Rich before anyone else!
I contacted Mr. Masana for help with my chapter 7. Mr. Masana was extremely helpful and explained every step to me in details that I could understand. Throughout this process, Mr. Masana went above and beyond to communicate with me, even while he was out of town. Mr. Masana is what made this process easier for me. I have never been through this before and without Mr. Masana, I could not have handled it.
Rich was easy to reach, quick to respond, and made a difficult experience bearable. Knowledgeable about the law and potential scenarios, Rich made sure to lay everything out clearly and answer any questions I had. I work for attorneys and know they can be difficult to reach, but Rich was quick to return calls, emails, and texts, even when I just needed assurance. I'm very pleased with his services.
Rich is very knowledgeable and kept me well informed
