Kevin Spencer is one of the most ethical, knowledgable,respectful and caring attorneys I have ever met. My father was an attorney and so when my father became sick and passed on and then my mother, within days of each other, I NEVER expected the Probate mess I ended up with, in two states yet. Kevin told me not to worry, that it was his job to resolve my issue, so I could focus on my life.
He did just that. Kevin told me to expect the solution to take up to 18 months. He got it done a little sooner than that. He also set realistic expectations in all regards, which helped a great deal. This was my first "legal" experience, and it had a significant financial impact on me and the direction of my business. So, Kevin's help was equally significant to my business and personal life.

Mr. Spencer pulled me out a dire situation that could have ruined my life. I have the utmost respect and faith in Mr. Spencer and would recommend him to my family and closest of friends. I wish I had known Mr. Spencer six years ago when my legal battle started. I was recently referred to him. He took charge and brought the litigation against me to an end. He is a credit to his profession. I wish there were more attorneys like him who would represent senior citizens like myself.
