Hired Law Firm
Sarah Newell is one of the best attorneys, if not the best professional person I have ever met. She is ethical, honest and knowledgeable. I was represented better than I could have ever imagined. I recommend Sarah to anyone in need of a trustworthy and dedicated advocate.

Hired Law Firm
Prior to Berry Law Firm, I struggled for years to gain any ground in the fight for VA disability benefits--which after talking to lots of folks, seems like the norm when trying to go on your own. As I did the research to seek help, read through reviews left by others, and reached out to a couple independent attorneys as well as regional and national law firms to compare options, it became immediately evident to me that Berry Law Firm was the best choice. Amidst the other options, I had one communicate my disability symptoms didn't amount to much/wasn't worth their time (keep reading to see just how wrong they were); another large firm made me feel like I was just another number; and one or two did not respond in a timely fashion and/or charged up front with high fees. At Berry Law Firm on the other hand, I was welcomed by genuine intake staff and handed over to Seth Chambers. Seth and his team (thank you Missy and Angela!) secured immediate victories through some initial appeals--
Always accessible, friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable in what they do. Would highly recommend them. I am a Vietnam combat veteran and have experienced their desire to help veterans and their families.

Hired Law Firm
Aimee Robeson at the Berry Law Firm handled my case from start to finish and did an amazing job. I am so happy with the work that they did for me. She always kept me informed and was always on top of the documents that needed to be submitted. Well done!
Got referred to Barry Law by a Co-worker, veteran. Initial contact was pretty quick and informative. I was provided an expected timeline for my process. I was informed throughout the process. If I had questions and left a message, I received a call typically the same day. Very professional and thorough. Thank you Jason, Barry, and Barry Law
After my car accident, I hired Rachel to do my case. I wasn’t expecting much, but Rachel did amazing! I got way more than I was expecting. She was very communicative, on time, very knowledgeable and overall an amazing lawyer. She has never promised something she knew she could’ve achieve. She let me know what the outcome could realistically be and what to expect. She’s amazing. I would recommend her to anyone that has a need for a personal injury lawyer!! She’s the best!
The moment I contacted Berry Law, I got the incredible sense that they heard my concerns and they were totally ready to solve my problems. They listened carefully to my thoughts, and the good news is that they would not charge me unless my issues were resolved. Claire, Metcalf-Hofts, and their legal assistants were always there for me. When I emailed them with questions, their response was immediate. If you feel entitled to a VA disability compensation, I strongly recommend contacting Berry Law. You will not be disappointed.
I am happy with the service Berry Law has provided me now and throughout the VA process. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking VA benefits. I have a service-related illness and was not getting the proper guidance through other avenues I attempted. I began searching the internet for veteran’s attorney’s when I came across Berry Law. I was assigned Aimee Robeson as my attorney from the Omaha, NE office. Ms. Robeson was a breath of fresh air from the very beginning. She is well spoken, well researched, and an excellent listener. She assisted me throughout the process, ensured my questions were answered, and responded to all my emails in a timely manner. Ms. Robeson showed honesty, empathy, and professionalism as did her legal assistants Melissa Lovrien and Angela Kratzer. The Berry Law team and Aimee Robeson work tirelessly to assist veterans with the difficult task of navigating the complicated VA system. They ensure the veteran is properly represented. Highly recommended!
I would highly recommend Carey Collingham with Berry Law to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a great attorney. Carey always made sure to answer any questions I had and made sure I understood the process. He always made sure to ask how I was doing and if there was anything I needed with each call. Carey’s compassion, understanding and patience is outstanding. He was also able to settle my case for way more than I ever thought possible.
I came to Berry Law to help me get the VA rating I deserve because I was underrated. My representation occurred through the VA. I choose Berry Law because through word of mouth I heard about Berry law helping one of my coworkers go from %0 to %80. Corrina helped me go from %70 to %90 in just 1 appeal and over $8000+ in Backpay awards. She isn’t done fighting for me yet. I highly recommend working with Berry Law and more specifically Corinna.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
