After attempting many avenues to receive disability from the Veterans Administration to no avail. I contacted Montana at Berry Law. She was diligent and determined to help me with my case. She worked relentlessly until the VA awarded me 100% disability awards including back pay. I highly recommended Montana Crowe and Berry law to all Veterans struggling for due compensation from the Government. US Army Vietnam Nam Veteran

I want to say Thank You to Seth and Angela with my VA Claim. They were very processional and their customer service is excellent. They answered all my questions. I had several appeals for my case involving CUE and my early effective date. We had to appeal all the way to the board and the appeal came back in my favor. I recommend them to any Veteran. When other firms did not take my case Seth took on my case. I am absolutely satisfied with Seth and Angela service. Thank you for your exceptional work. C. Anderson
I can’t thank Carey Collingham enough for taking my case. Thankfully my injuries weren’t serious and everyone walked away, but he still treated me and my case respectfully. Carey always kept me informed on progress and expectations and kept me assured with an honest opinion based on knowledge and personal experience. Keep up the great work

From my very first phone call to ask about the services at Berry Law to the final ruling on my claim all the employees were very caring and professional. You are treated as a person; not just a consumer. I felt that every employee I dealt with showed passion in their work (which is rare to find these days). I can't say enough good things about my case manager David Ossian who responded to every email within 24 hours or less and took multiple calls from me without me even having to leave messages when I needed advisement. Berry Law won my appeal with the VA and I'm so glad I gave them a chance to help me when I thought I would never get what I felt like I deserved due to lost medical records. Thank you Berry Law and I encourage other Veterans to give your services a chance because you will never regret it; there were so many ways different employees showed they CARE and RESPECT people who served our country.
After being denied for Military Disability, I contacted Berry Law and Aimee Robeson was my Lawyer for my appeal. Aimee Robeson knows how to work through the details of the military disability appeals process with great knowledge, expertise, and compassion for your situation. The completion of the process and award of benefits came quickly. I highly recommend Aimee Robeson, Attorney at Law with Berry Law for your Military Disability case and /or appeal. Aimee Robeson and Berry Law did a phenomenal job and I am extremely happy with the results and working with Aimee Robeson. I would definitely work with Aimee Robeson at Berry Law again on any future cases.
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and reached out to Berry Law for legal representation. I was welcomed by Josh and Alexandra and immediately knew I was in good hands. Josh was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and proved to be trustworthy from the beginning. His communication was excellent and he would always return messages or phone calls promptly. As the case came to a close, Josh fully explained the details of the proceedings and next steps. What really set Josh apart in my opinion was his tenacity and determination in my best interest. I would highly recommend Josh as an attorney and while I hope I don't have to, if I were ever in need of an attorney in the future, he would be my first call.
I worked with Sean Shepherd and Jazmine Cryer through segment after segment of the VA disability application process and just arrived at my 100% rating. I never once got frustrated or lost sight because Jazmine kept me informed and replied to every one of my inquiries with positivity, clarity, and utter can-do-it-iveness. Thank you Jazmine, thank you Sean, and thank you Berry Law.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
