Hired Law Firm
I was a combat engineer in the ARMY in the early 1990's. Like most older Veterans we did not maintain medical records properly. I was working with the VA and getting nowhere and a few Law Firms would not accept my case. I found Berry Law on the internet and they accepted the challenge. After seven years and two denials Berry Law was able to get me 50% and we anticipate more positive results with an outstanding claim. Seth (USMC), Angela and two attorneys fought for me when nobody else would. I recall a conversation with Seth where he spoke to me about my service and the challenges that you have in my job in the ARMY, it was the first time in many years that I felt like my service mattered. Thank you Berry Law for taking my case and NOT giving up on me. Please remember these positive results in the future if another Veteran with a challenging case needs help.
Evan Stein with Berry Law agreed to take my case after I was involved in an accident and I’m very glad he did. He was able to secure a settlement from the insurance companies and went above and beyond with negotiating so that the bills were paid. I even got to take home a pretty penny. His communication skills are excellent and he always kept us up to date. Thank you Evan!
I can’t thank Berry Law enough for their help with my TDIU claim. Their expertise and dedication made a huge difference in my case. The team was thorough, supportive, and kept me informed every step of the way. Because of their hard work, I can finally focus on my health and start paying the bills without constant worry. I highly recommend Berry Law to any veteran needing help with their VA claims—they truly care about us. Special thanks to Eric Smith for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be recommending them to other vets!
I am very thankful to Atty. Montana B Crow and her team for their willingness to help me and fight for me in my VA appeals. The efforts they put forth are deeply meaningful to me. Without their help, the VA would have judged much more of my claims to be meritless, and I am forever grateful. From my very first contact to currently, I have had only professional and positive experiences through-out Berry Law.
Berry Law took my case over more than two years ago. I had been denied, many times, for my disabilities. I was discouraged with my VA examinations and the negative outcomes. Berry Law (Sean) changed that. With the exceptional case presentations, supporting my petition for fair and equitable review, TODAY, my final cases were adjudicated by the VA reversing previous VA (lower level) decisions and granting me 100% diability at the original date of my submission. Thank you. TRS
I was a bit nervous reaching out to a lawyer after my wife and I were in an accident. I’m so glad I chose Berry Law and I was lucky enough to have Carey on my case. Carey was on top of everything the entire time, amazing with communicating any issues with me, and just amazing to work with. Hopefully nobody I know will be in an accident and need an personal injury lawyer but I know exactly who I’m going to have them call if it does happen. I truly can’t say enough good things about Carey and how he handled my case.
I was trying to navigate the VA disability claim process on my own getting nowhere fast. Then a saw a Few of David Ossian’s videos on Facebook on aviation related disabilities so I contacted David. After talking with him only a few minutes I realized that we severed in the same helicopter squadron in the Marines at different times, only missing each other by a few months. Talking with David sealed the deal for me, I had found a person that walked the same walk as I had and i found in him a person I could trust and ask what must have been a 1000 dumb questions (you don't know what you don't know) and he took the time to answer them. In the end I went from the VA denying my claim at 0% to 150% working on a few more claims to get above the 160% for the SMC S and K hopefully soon all within a 3-year time frame. I would have given up if not for seeing David's videos on face book. I highly recommend David and Berry Law to any veteran trying to do it alone. Respectfully Doug Ryan
Did a great job getting my VA benefits - great help and great people. They helped me as soon as I contacted them, and they stayed with me the whole time. There may even be some more benifits out there that I did not know about.
Very professional and trustworthy. Immediately took control of the situation. Thank you for helping me and my family i in a time, such as this. I would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for the best legal service.
I couldn’t speak highly enough of the Berry Law team. My husband and I worked with Carey Collingham, with the assistance of his paralegal, Anna, and legal assistant, Taylor. From our initial call to our recent settlement, their team was always available to answer my questions, provide further clarification, and explain the process clearly. I never felt like my dog attack case was not being handled with this team doing the work behind the scenes. Their professionalism in conjunction with their knowledge and skill allowed us to get an outcome that was above and beyond our expectations. If you’re looking for a lawyer for your injury, I couldn’t recommend Berry Law more. If you want someone to care not only about your case, but you as a person, Carey Collingham and his team will not let you down.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
