I was given David Ossian as a contact and along with his assistant Tuesday was able to have success with my claims. Our son was at the vulnerable age of 18 needing to be charged as an adult with 1st degree assault, a class II felony. Placed in this life changing situation we trusted our son’s future to Paul Lembrick and Mallory Hughes. The charges got reduced to 3rd degree assault, a class I misdemeanor. Paul never made us feel like he was too busy for any questions we might have. He made sure we understood everything as we navigated through an unknown scary process. Paul’s professionalism, knowledge, patience, and kindness cannot be easily described. Paul never made us feel like we were just another client, he truly is one of the best lawyers to work with.

I have been fighting with the VA for years. I went thru several rejections, and appeals for higher level review. The VA denied me, even after having involved my Senator. Berry Law was there to help me. After 3 years of fighting with the VA and about to lose my mind Berry Law helped me go from 90 to 100% disability in 3 months. I choose Berry Law, as other veterans reviews were excellent. Justin Reaves was available in a timely manner to assist and answer any questions I had. I had been hesitant to advocate for the disability rating I believed I deserved from the VA. The process felt overwhelming, as it often required me to jump through numerous hoops and repeatedly relive traumatic experiences. Eventually, the emotional toll became too much, and I decided to give up. I found Berry Law online and was quickly connected with Montana Crow. She worked diligently with me every step of the way. Communication was excellent and she promptly answered all of my questions. With Montana's help on my own I had a 20% rating, after hiring Montana I have received an 80% disability rating. I would definitely recommend contacting her.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
