Hired Law Firm
I was referred to Berry Law by a service member. I originally tried to do this on my own. I was given David Ossian as a contact and along with his assistant Tuesday was able to have success with my claims. I would not have been able to succeed if it was not for their professionalism and dedication to their clients. I would highly recommend their services. They made me feel more than just a number and the feeling they give let’s you know they care and will work hard for a favorable outcome. Thank all of you at Berry for all the support I was given!!
Berry is great! Very helpful, kind staff & attorney who answered all my questions dealing with the insurance company and my medical bills etc. and finished quicker than anticipated. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends.
Our son was at the vulnerable age of 18 needing to be charged as an adult with 1st degree assault, a class II felony. Placed in this life changing situation we trusted our son’s future to Paul Lembrick and Mallory Hughes. The charges got reduced to 3rd degree assault, a class I misdemeanor. Paul never made us feel like he was too busy for any questions we might have. He made sure we understood everything as we navigated through an unknown scary process. Paul’s professionalism, knowledge, patience, and kindness cannot be easily described. Paul never made us feel like we were just another client, he truly is one of the best lawyers to work with.
Corrina Bartels at Berry Law was persistent to get me everything I was entitled to. I highly recommend them if you need help getting an increase in your VA bennifits. Mrs. Bartels was always prompt in answering any questions and concerns I had and returned every call and took the time to explain my every concern. I would highly recommend Berry Law and Mrs Bartels to any veteran needing assistance with their disability claims process.
I had an outstanding experience with Berry Law Firm. Their expertise and deep knowledge of VA disability claims made a significant difference in my case. From the very beginning, they were professional, compassionate, and truly committed to helping me achieve the results I deserved. Thanks to their diligent efforts, I was able to secure a higher disability rating from the VA, which has greatly impacted my life for the better. I highly recommend Berry Law Firm to any veteran seeking dedicated and knowledgeable representation. They truly understand the unique challenges veterans face and go above and beyond to ensure justice is served.
I cannot express enough gratitude to Berry Law Omaha, and especially Sean Shepherd. After years of denied disability claims, Sean's unwavering dedication and expertise secured me a 100% permanent and total disability rating. Sean meticulously guided me through the complex appeals process, ensuring every detail was addressed with precision. His communication was exceptional, keeping me informed throughout. Thanks to Sean and the entire Berry Law team, my family's future is now secure. Their support has been invaluable, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone facing similar challenges.
I have been fighting with the VA for years. I went thru several rejections, and appeals for higher level review. The VA denied me, even after having involved my Senator. Berry Law was there to help me. After 3 years of fighting with the VA and about to lose my mind Berry Law helped me go from 90 to 100% disability in 3 months. I choose Berry Law, as other veterans reviews were excellent. Justin Reaves was available in a timely manner to assist and answer any questions I had. Justin was very informative and helped me achieve what no one else could. Achieving 100% VA disability is going to help my family in a multitude of ways. The biggest impact is my children will be able to attend college without having to go into debt for tuition. Going to 100% has lifted a burden and I thank God for leading me to Berry Law! If you are struggling and tired of fighting with the VA, contact Justin Reaves at Berry Law. He will take care of you!
I cant say enough good things about Berry Law and the work they did for me. I was completely lost trying to navigate my way through my disability claim and they helped me every step of the way. I have several military buddies who have also used them and they are all satisfied with them as well. Highly recommend to anyone trying to submit a VA claim!
Thanks to Samantha and the team at Berry Law for working diligently and getting me to 100% P&T in record time. Samantha always responded in timely manner and explained the process. I am greatful for having made the right decision in working with Samantha and Berry Law.
I had been hesitant to advocate for the disability rating I believed I deserved from the VA. The process felt overwhelming, as it often required me to jump through numerous hoops and repeatedly relive traumatic experiences. Eventually, the emotional toll became too much, and I decided to give up. I found Berry Law online and was quickly connected with Montana Crow. She worked diligently with me every step of the way. Communication was excellent and she promptly answered all of my questions. With Montana's help on my own I had a 20% rating, after hiring Montana I have received an 80% disability rating. I would definitely recommend contacting her.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
