Hired Law Firm
I chose Berry Law after I was turned away from a case that had happened while my time in the military in 2009. I worked with Jamie Bell who was ferocious at her battle for what was needed for my claim and was able to assist me in what has taken me over 6 years to attain. If you have a dead end case that anyone is else turning you away for- refile, get the denial and try them out to fight for you. I could not be happier that I contacted them and trusted them with my situation.
Carey was professional, efficient, easy to work with and won my case! He kept me updated and explained things when i didnt understand what was going on. I would recommend him if youre looking for a reliable lawyer.
Montana Crow, Thank you so much for your professionalism in getting me to 90% and the backpay as well after I received the message stating that a decision has been made on my claims I immediately went to Myhealthyvet and read the claims letter I was totally surprised to see that my claims had been granted after being denied I can't Thank you enough for encouraging me not to give up the battle previously when you and I had talked about that important EFFECTIVE DATE I couldn't sleep for weeks my mine continued to think about you keeping a fresh copy on file I kept saying that to myself hey Montana is onto something and realized that my EFFECTIVE DATE goes back 8yrs. I went WOW that's a long time and a good thing. I'm still SMH in disbelief I also know that I have more ammo for you to continue to fight for me I could go on and on with this but I'll end it for now once again Thank You for your exceptional support through out my journey Oh sorry I didn't want to leave Tuesday Metcalf-Hof
Working with Abbie was an absolute pleasure. Regardless of how my case went, Abbie was always looking out for the best possible outcome and helped me achieve that every step of the way. Not only was she determined for success but she was also very clear and descriptive with anything I did not understand. Whenever I needed any questions or concerns answered she was readily available.
Deciding to work with Berry Law Firm was the best decision I could’ve made. I tried to personally navigate the VA’s C&P system, as well as use multiple VSO’s and even had a DAV case manager. None of those services compare to my experience at Berry Law. My case manager, Jacob Fry was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He took over complete control of my case and walked me through the entire process. He rebuilt my case from the very beginning and found claims that had been missed by all of my other case managers. Jacob’s tireless efforts and dedication took my case from 30% to 100% in less than a 6 month time frame. He continues to fight on my behalf for a fair date of diagnosis on all of my service connected disabilities now.
Excellent law firm! I was referred to Berry Law by a local veteran who was also being represented by this law firm. John Berry has a wonderful staff to assist clients in all their needs. Eric Smith was my attorney and was always very kind and knowledgeable. He explained things along the way and was very helpful. Along with Melissa Lovrien, Tuesday Metcalf-Hofts and Angela Kratzer my phone calls and E-mails were always answered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this law firm and its wonderful staff.
A year ago I was involved in a head-on collision. I suffered a concussion and was having difficulty handling insurance companies on my own. Rachel took the time to explain every detail, every move we needed to make and made sure I understood so I could make an informed decision. She kept me involved. She never kept me waiting when I had a question, even on a weekend. My entire life changed the night of the wreck. I felt like I had lost control in every aspect, until I hired Rachel. She not only fought hard for me, she helped me feel empowered. Self advocacy is the core of mental health and wellbeing but when you find yourself struggling with the willfulness to fight, call Rachel Collins. In conclusion, I am very happy with my settlement. Thank you, Rachel.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
