I initially filed my VA claims myself, and I was able to get up to 70%, but then I hit a brick wall, and kept getting denied. I remember seeing an advertisement for Berry Law, so I decided to give them a call to see if they could help. The representative the answered the phone was very friendly and explained to me how the process would work. I was assigned Sean Shepherd (Omaha office) as my case manager and I'm very thankful that I was. Sean has been relentless on my behave, filing appeals using information I was completely unaware of. His persistance along with his assistance Jazsmin Cryer and Morgan Hansen (both of whom uploaded my claims and kept me informed in a timely manner) help me go from 70%, to 80%, from 80% to 90%, and finally to 100% has been invaluable. Without them, I would've have given up a long time ago, because I would not have known how to proceed. Also, the fact that Sean is a veteran himself, gave confidence that he would not given up. Berry Law change my life.
