Thank you Berry Law for your outstanding service in my case, extra thanks to Orron Hill and his team who worked my case to a successful outcome. I highly recommend Berry Law to veterans in need of legal help with the VA claims system and understanding of how the VA works. I received 100% disability and years of back pay because of the work and time Orron and his team gave my case. Best decision I ever made was contacting Berry Law.
I am absolutely blown away by Berry Law. Krystal saw I was a rock bottom and offered to help. She increased my VA disability from 10-90% in 9 months. I’ve been stuck at 10% for 18 years. I asked the DAV and The VFW to help and they did nothing. I was almost homeless and now I have money to help. Krystal saved my life. She will fight for you and keep you informed throughout the process.
Thanks to Evan for getting me a settlement quickly and explaining the process to me well. He communicated with me regularly about what was going. Would definitely recommend him helping anyone who needs it in the future

My interactions with them has been very smooth. They assisted me with every encounter I had with the V A and keep me updated on a regular basis. I am very pleased with Berry Law Firm. Debra Hansell was my contact person. Throughout this process she has communicated with me by phone and email as though I'm a friend.
I can't say enough great things about Berry Law in Lincoln, NE. Our experience was so different than what we had expected in working with a lawyer. Carey took the necessary time to affirm and explain how we were justified in our situation. He defended us and encouraged us every step of the way. He was an excellent communicator and very easy to work with. We would give more than five stars in each category if possible.
I initially filed my VA claims myself, and I was able to get up to 70%, but then I hit a brick wall, and kept getting denied. I remember seeing an advertisement for Berry Law, so I decided to give them a call to see if they could help. The representative the answered the phone was very friendly and explained to me how the process would work. I was assigned Sean Shepherd (Omaha office) as my case manager and I'm very thankful that I was. Sean has been relentless on my behave, filing appeals using information I was completely unaware of. His persistance along with his assistance Jazsmin Cryer and Morgan Hansen (both of whom uploaded my claims and kept me informed in a timely manner) help me go from 70%, to 80%, from 80% to 90%, and finally to 100% has been invaluable. Without them, I would've have given up a long time ago, because I would not have known how to proceed. Also, the fact that Sean is a veteran himself, gave confidence that he would not given up. Berry Law change my life.
I first heard about Berry Law from a friend who had a great experience with them, and I’m so glad I decided to reach out. When I came to them, I was rated at 30%, a rating I had fought for years to obtain on my own. With the incredible support of Seth, Angela, and the entire Berry Law team, I was able to increase my rating to 80% over the next few years. From start to finish, they made me feel like more than just a case number. Their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to their clients are truly outstanding. Communication was always timely, and I never had to wait long for answers to my questions. They walked me through every step of the process, ensuring I felt supported the entire way. Berry Law is a class act, and I highly recommend them to any veteran seeking legal assistance. Their team genuinely cares, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they have done for me.
No one likes to be in legal troubles. But when I did find myself in hot water, Allison was there to help me navigate those uncertain times. Anytime I would reach out to her, she always felt close by and with the right answers. She made it possible for me to reunite with my daughter and managed to get me an incredible outcome to my case. Her info will always be saved on my phone. Can't recommend her enough.
I came to Berry Law because I needed help navigating the VA disability claims process. As a veteran, I struggled with getting the proper recognition for service-related injuries, and I felt overwhelmed by the appeals process. I sought representation at the Lincoln office, hoping to find a legal team that truly understood the challenges veterans face. I chose Berry Law because of their strong reputation for fighting for veterans’ rights. Their deep knowledge of VA law and their commitment to service members set them apart. I wanted a team that wouldn’t just process paperwork but would genuinely advocate for me. Working with Berry Law was a great experience. The team was professional, responsive, and dedicated to my case. Specific individuals, such as Krystal K***** went above and beyond to ensure I understood the process and felt supported every step of the way. The outcome of my case was a successful increase in my VA disability rating, which has significantly improve
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
