Working with David Ossian and Tuesday Metcalf-Holts was a real pleasure and they helped win my case and appeals. It was a complex case with toxic exposure which serving in the Air Force in the late 80s to early 90s. We are now on appeal for back pay and I am again pleased at the progress as my condition has no treatment and no cure, so time is of the essence.

The Veteran's Affairs agency is very large and has complex rules and regulations. This complexity is compounded by events like Agent Orange, Camp Lejeune , burn pits of the gulf area.
