I just wanted to thank Berry Law, specifically Matt Bartling, for his help with my VA disability claims. I had multiple claims that kept getting returned as "not service related" even though many procedures and doctor appointments occurred while on active duty on/in a military hospital. When I first started working with Matt, I had a disability rating of 30%. I am happy to report, as of last week, I am 100%!! His patience and commitment to his customers is second to none. We had a lot of back and forth with the VA, but as Matt stated, it's a marathon, not a sprint. Thank you, thank you for your help! I would highly suggest Berry Law and Matt Bartling to ANYONE filing for VA disability.
I seriously cannot thank Samantha enough. She got me through the difficult VA processes that I had been struggling with alone for the better part of 20 years before she took my case. She was professional and understanding of my disabilities and limitations and available to explain things and answered my questions. I'm not always the easiest person to work with, but she got the job done and I highly recommend her. Thank you!
I was referred to Berry Law by a coworker who had been successful in being awarded 100% disability for injuries sustained while in the military. Previously, I had attempted to seek treatment for my PTSD and had been stonewalled by the VA. I reached out to Berry Law in Lincoln and was fortunate to have my case taken on by Krystal Klicko who was nothing short of fantastic to work with. After a brief conversation, I was convinced that Krystal and Berry Law would take care of me. From the outset, Krystal was great about communicating with me directly and when she was unable to do that, her team of colleagues were amazing about getting back to me. Angela Kratzer, Morgan Hansen, Trevor Holland, and so many others were incredible and really helped me to feel supported. Thanks to their tireless work, I was recently awarded 100% VA disability due to PTSD and issues related to the PACT Act. The positive result of my case has allowed me some piece of mind as I get older.
First of all, I thoroughly did my homework to make sure the Law Firm I choose would be one of true integrity and worth my time and effort. The direction we’re heading on this case, has given me personally new hope. The two individuals I have been dealing with the most is Attorney Taylor Loy and his Legal Assistant Kate Fetterman. It has been a pleasure knowing the people you’re dealing with and depending on do not only show true professionalism in their field of expertise but also, as an important factor, they reflect a strong attitude of honesty and a sincere understanding of their clients Legal needs. My case is still in progress; nonetheless, I’m completely and asurredly confident that my case is in good hands. As a Disabled Vietnam Veteran myself, or any Military Veteran that has served thier Country, deserves the BEST! I believe Berry Law offers that kind of service. Richard
Montana has totally impressed me with her knowledge and dedication. She has relieved my stress over the VA claims process. She takes what ever time is necessary to address my concerns and insure I understand what she is doing to help me. Every time I have sent an email to her I have received a response within twenty four hours. Her concern for veterans is clear by the way she performs her responsibilities. I simply can not enough positive comments about her. I am so blessed to have her for my representative.
Berry Law is extremely knowledgeable with my case and helped me immensely to achieve a just result. I would recommend Berry Law Firm to all my Vet brothers and sisters who need help through difficult proceedings.

I contacted Berry Law to help with my VA disability claims after struggling to get the benefits I earned. I needed strong representation to ensure my case was properly reviewed and fairly decided. The representation occurred in Lincoln, Nebraska (remote assistance). I chose Berry Law because of their strong reputation for helping veterans with VA claims and appeals. Their team understands military service and the VA system better than most, which gave me confidence they could get results. The communication was excellent throughout the process. The team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about my case. They explained each step clearly, handled all the details, and consistently followed up to make sure everything was on track. I was granted a 100% Permanent and Total (P&T) disability rating. It has completely changed my life. I finally have financial stability and peace of mind knowing my service-connected conditions are fully recognized
Great experience with Berry Law. Got my VA rating to 100%P&T within 6 months. Could not do this without the expertise of Berry Law. Highly recommend. They worked hard and explained everything in terms that I could understand.

Reviews
These client and peer reviews are from the Martindale-Avvo Legal Network.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
