I just wanted to thank Berry Law, specifically Matt Bartling, for his help with my VA disability claims.  I had multiple claims that kept getting returned as "not service related" even though many procedures and doctor appointments occurred while on active duty on/in a military hospital.  When I first started working with Matt, I had a disability rating of 30%.  I am happy to report, as of last week, I am 100%!!  His patience and commitment to his customers is second to none.  We had a lot of back and forth with the VA, but as Matt stated, it's a marathon, not a sprint.  Thank you, thank you for your help!  I would highly suggest Berry Law and Matt Bartling to ANYONE filing for VA disability.

I was referred to Berry Law by a coworker who had been successful in being awarded 100% disability for injuries sustained while in the military. Previously, I had attempted to seek treatment for my PTSD and had been stonewalled by the VA. I reached out to Berry Law in Lincoln and was fortunate to have my case taken on by Krystal Klicko who was nothing short of fantastic to work with. After a brief conversation, I was convinced that Krystal and Berry Law would take care of me. From the outset, Krystal was great about communicating with me directly and when she was unable to do that, her team of colleagues were amazing about getting back to me. Angela Kratzer, Morgan Hansen, Trevor Holland, and so many others were incredible and really helped me to feel supported. Thanks to their tireless work, I was recently awarded 100% VA disability due to PTSD and issues related to the PACT Act.
