Hired Law Firm
I retained Barry Law for assistance with a VA disability claim and was represented by Jennifer Collier. My overall experience was very positive. Ms. Collier was knowledgeable, professional, and consistently made me feel involved in the process. She clearly explained my options, outlined the risks and benefits, and never pressured me to pursue additional action simply to chase back pay. I appreciated the straightforward, ethical approach. In terms of communication and responsiveness, some of my questions were complex and understandably required research. As a result, responses occasionally took a day or so, but they were always thoughtful and complete. She consistently followed up by email and, in many cases, with a phone call to ensure everything was clearly understood. In the end, the firm helped get my claim over the finish line and concluded representation in a professional and respectful manner. I would confidently recommend Jennifer Collier and Barry Law to any veteran seeking com
I chose Barry Law because a few friends of mine had success with this firm and the low cost of 20% retroactive pay on ONLY the winning. I worked with Katie Domzalski. A friend told me that she worked hard and communicated well. Both of which is what I value most. Others should select Berry Law because they are proven to work and follow the CFR guidelines well.
For me the Simplicity of process greatly helped me not to be overwhelmed and keep any undo stress from stress from hurting me more. Berry went through my medical VA records and is still helping me with military exposure to radiation and bad water chemicals

Hired Law Firm
Before contacting Berry Law Firm in 2017, I had provided to the VA written documentations as evidence describing the various disabilities that I believed were related to my past active-duty status as a Vietnam Era Veteran. Since my military records lacked much of my military and/or work-related duties, as well as medical (sickbay) histories during the time I served, the VA gave me a rating of only 10%. However, after doing some research online, trying to find a qualified law firm to represent my situation; I decided to call Berry Law Firm. With the help of my Attorneys (Seth Chambers, and his assistant Angela), and their arguments based on the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA) precedents they were able to get me a 50% increase to my VA Disability claims. Even though a few other of my VA Disability claims are still pending on remand from appeal, I am greatly appreciative of the help I have already received from both Seth and Angela. I recommend Bery Law Firm to all disabled veterans.
Working with this lawyer was a great experience. I was turned down from many lawyers. But she took my case like it was nothing. Rachel was a great help in My case and she valued my opinions. I thought my case would take longer up to a year, but only took 7 months. I recommend Rachel To anybody that's looking for A lawyer that knows how to get the job done quick but at the same time do it right.
Mr. Seth Chambers effectively represented my interests for my Veteran's Benefit case. Mr. Chambers has been resonible for a dramatic increase in my benefit percentage. I would recommend Mr. Chambers to any veteran, and have.

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
