I had zero idea how to handle my appeal case and was skeptical about getting a lawyer. But it was well worth it. Stephanie was able to give me a decent time line of what to expect, even though the VA is slower than a snail, and she was able to answer any and all questions. Currently, Stephanie is still in the middle of my case, and we have a few more issues to address with the VA upper chain-of-command before I can provide an overall satisfaction rating. The initial series of arguments she and Berry Law submitted not only were incredibly well written and hard-hitting, but addressed many aspects of my previous appeals with the VA that I never would have thought to address on my own. The service I have received from both Stephanie and Jennifer has been beyond reproach. And I would be more than happy to refer Berry Law to any Veterans I come in contact with if they too have run into the nightmare of the VA bureaucracy and indifference that our suffering combat Veterans endure from our government.....
