I have been working with Berry Law Firm since 2011 and could not be happier with the service and results they gave me. Most of us Vietnam veterans were not even told we had medical benefits upon separation, let alone potential compensation for our injuries, physical and psychological. Hired Attorney Evan Daniel Stein

Evan made the legal process painless on my behalf (unlike the injuries I sustained). His knowledge and expertise got me the compensation I was due and he always communicated to me exactly what was going on from the beginning of the case right to the very end. He was always prompt and very motivated in pursuing a positive outcome for me. I couldn't recommend Evan more, I just hope for my sake I won't be needing legal services in the future!

The Berry Law office is a 5-star Veteran run law office that has helped me break the 70% ceiling I’ve been stuck in for the last 14 years. When I explained my case to the advocate appointed to me Sean Shepard, he made no guarantees, just a promise to fight with me to the finish line. He kept his promise. Within the first 6 mos, Sean took me from 70% to 90%. After another fight to help me show the VA my story. We made it. If your a Veteran call Berry Law. Hired Attorney Stephanie Costello

I contacted Stephanie Costello when I needed assistance with a VA claim. I felt stuck at times when dealing with the VA, and I was beginning to believe I was never going to receive a fair rating from the VA. While I was on active duty, I would not seek medical assistance for a variety of injuries because it was severely frowned upon at that time. Stephanie understood the stigma with veterans seeking medical attention, and she helped me navigate the bureaucratic process at the VA. At times I questioned what was going on with my claim, and she assured me it was part of the process. The waiting paid off because after over two years of fighting, she got me to the maximum rating.

Typically I dislike lawyers in general, however my recent experience with Seth Chambers has changed that view. Seth has solved my problems regarding my VA disability rating, problems that I have had for 10 years. I would recommend Berry Law to any veteran who has an issue with a VA disability claim. I'm a veteran, I applied for disability benefits 7 years after I got out of the service. I was denied by the VA, but this law firm was able to prove my case. David also helps me increase my disability rating. I definitely recommend them.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
