Attorney Gary Martin Hays, our firm's founder, used to defend insurance companies in personal injury, product liability and wrongful death claims. Now he helps people like you – people who have been severely injured and need to recover their losses. He didn't want to spend his career preventing personal injury victims from getting the financial compensation they are entitled by law to receive.

Having decided to commit his life to helping personal injury victims, in 1993, Gary Martin Hays founded the Law Offices of Gary Martin Hays & Associates, P.C. Attorney Hays was able to use his knowledge of how insurance companies work to assist people filing claims. The firm includes several other attorneys who used to work for insurance companies but now focus exclusively in personal injury law practice areas.

Since the founding of the firm, Gary has helped injured victims and their families recover more than $1 billion in settlements and verdicts. We know that an accident can turn your life upside-down. Mr. Hays personally handled my automobile accident. He handled the case from the very beginning by sending an investigator to my residence immediately after my phone call to his firm all the way until the mediation hearing where I got a check.

Gary really listened and cared about my case from the start. He explained things simply and kept me updated. I appreciated his effort and felt like he generally wanted the best for me. My only minor suggestion would be that sometimes it took a little while to get a response to emails. Overall, a positive experience.

After a prolonged two-year negotiation with Geico, I ultimately received my settlement. The entire experience was generally satisfactory. The amount of money I recovered exceeded my expectations, which was a pleasant surprise. Although I would have preferred a quicker resolution, the staff at the office were consistently professional and courteous.
