Marion and Elizabeth were wonderful to work with. They were very knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and they always kept me informed. They did a great job resolving a situation involving my son’s traffic ticket, and they made me feel so much better during this process. I would definitely recommend them to others, and would, without hesitation, hire their firm again if needed in the future.

Mr Moses made a stressful situation feel somewhat under control. No one ever wants to hire an attorney. But, he met with me right away and walked me thru each step to ensure he had all the information in order to represent me appropriately. My case was not pursued by the investigator, largely due to how Mr Moses was able to present the other side of the story. I would absolutely reach out to him again should I need legal advice or representation.

Not being from Columbia, we weren't sure who we should use. We did our homework and Marion Moses is who we went with. Definitely the correct choice for sure. Our son received a ticket, the only thing the officer could cite was driving too fast for conditions. We spoke with both Elizabeth 1st, then Marion, Both were extremely Professional and concerned about our needs. They took over the case the day we called them. They let us know they had contacted the courts and that they would be representing us and the if they had any further questions for us they would get back to us. My son was worried and they assured him everything would be ok and not to worry. Court day came and with an hr of the hearing time, Marion called and told us the case was dismissed :) He called my son at work to let him know as well. Marion, Elizabeth and the entire office staff are well organized and trustworthy fr sure, would DEF use them again and recommend to others needing any of their services

I had a great experience with the Law Offices of Marion Moses. Elizabeth was my point of contact and she was very professional, her communication was excellent and always kept me informed. I am from out of state and they came highly recommended by our local attorney. My son got a traffic ticket when he was traveling home from Alabama to NC. They were able to have ticket completely dismissed.
