Founding attorney Todd K. Mohink has more than 20 years of legal experience. He and his associate attorneys represent individuals and families in Maryland with issues as diverse as DUI/DWI, robbery and burglary, divorce, child custody and child support, and car accidents. Because we practice in multiple areas of law, we can take complex cases involving more than one legal issue.

Hired Law Firm

Todd was my counsel for a contested divorce, contested visitation and erroneous 2nd degree assault charges filed by my now ex. His counsel and advice resulted in a very reasonable divorce settlement, and I was found not guilty of the assault charge. Todd then walked me through the expungement process. Along the way he made sure I updated my will and advised me on how to handle my testimony, negotiations, etc. I could not be more happy and grateful to Todd for the outcome of my cases.

Hired Attorney Todd K. Mohink

I was very disappointed with the level of service that I received from Mr. Todd Mohink. I hired Mr. Mohink for a flat fee to represent me as the plaintiff. After he was hired, there was an attempt to have me work with one of his less experienced associates. I was not comfortable with that and insisted that Mr. Mohink himself represent me since he has more experience. After that he asked me if I could pay more. I denied. After that there was very limited communication between he and I. Several unreturned emails and phone calls ensued. We met in person 30 minutes before the hearing to review the case. In my opinion he was not prepared because there was not enough attention given to detail and not enough dialog between he and I so that he could know enough about the merits of the case to be successful. I would not recommend Mr. Todd Mohink.

Literally just a thief. I hired Todd in November. It is April, and we got nowhere. Cost me thousands though. I begged for responsiveness, to be kept in the loop of what was going on. Refused to reply. Promised me he’d get stuff done by a certain time, and NEVER got it done. Finally after months, I fired him. Best thing I could have done. Hired another attorney who made progress within hours of meeting with him. Todd is WAY overpriced for the HORRIBLE “service” he provides. Stay away.
