Operating agreement, purchase or contracts, you need an attorney with experience. I was referred to Terry Doherty by another attorney friend and spoke very highly of him. I wasn’t even sure I really needed an attorney but wanted to pass a couple thoughts by him in regards to an operating agreement we had already signed.
