I paid $200 for a consultation on my developing case. At the time, I had limited information for the The Attorney, Ian Kalmanowitz who was poised at shutting down the attempt to pursue representation. Then I revealed I had scores more of important information that was not considered in his hasty assessment of his case, he said he would consider another conversation AFTER his other cases were wrapping up in the following two weeks. 3 weeks goes by, I put in a memo to his assistant, providing key, crucial information that was not there at the initial conversation, along with a file data dump submission of supporting documentaiton and evidence, Along with a descriptive email stating the updates on my case. Assistant says the email was forwarded. A week goes by, still no response, I email again a follow up highlighting the key information he missed, and the assistant says it was forwarded. I write a 3rd email, no response. *If this is the level of service expected, look elsewhere.
I called this firm to get a consultation on an employment issue and had an appointment with Mr. Ian Kalmanowitz. I paid the $200 for the consultation hour but only received 30 minutes. When I decided to use his counsel,I called, left a message with the receptionist to have him call me back. Two days later after not receiving a return phone call, I called again. The receptionist, said she delivered the message, saying "he's very busy." Another 5 days with no return call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
