Hired Attorney

Mr Pollock took a very difficult and complicated immigration problem I had with homeland security and the process of adjustment of status and was successful. He and his staff were tenacious and won the case with detailed correct application of the law. I will be eternally grateful for the skills he and his staff displayed.

He was a very great lawyer to use if you want your case beat. He was able to get me out of trouble even though it wasn't my fault for what I was charged for.

I discontinue his legal services due to his excessive and unreasonable billing. I paid him in advance for the agreed upon fee. Yet he imposed a lien to all my files that will cause me harm and damage my chances of moving forward.
I am not familiar with US Attorneys and their billing practices. However, in reviewing this entire experience, I read the ABA Canons of Ethic which, with respect to fees, reminds that the practice of law is designed to assist justice and is not a money-getting trade.

Hired Attorney

Failed to provide competent representation. Fees are so high, so exorbitant and wholly disproportionate to the services performed. I'm very sad because none of his legal work advanced the progress of my case one iota. He refused to return my files and unearned fees. His continued retention of my files has resulted in considerable prejudice to me in advancing my case. He is completely prejudice in his duty to assist me for an orderly transition after attorney-client relationship is over.
