They get the job done, yet I feel they're not always very good at letting me know what is going on unless I call them first. They have miss informed me, they say a month it turns out to be 6. Also, fees can be a bit much leaving you feeling like you've gotten a bit burned somehow.
I put in for the 3M ear plugs law suit. This Lawyer was suppose to handle it. I received in my email shortly after contacting them, something to fill out for all my personal info. and past military info. They sent it to me so they could get my records from the VA. i filled it out and emailed it back 3 different times. Then, they wanted me to fill it out a 4th time. I wouldn't do it so after them sending me email after email to re fill it out, they then call me to get it filled out. Sorry, If you all can't be responsible enough to handle my personal info 3 times, I don't think you are responsible enough to win a law suit. A few bucks isn't worth the headache.
Worst law firm in the state of New Jersey. The firm is only motivated by greed and is only interested in making as much money as possible from people dying of cancer. They are very good at making you feel good about your case in the beginning, they are great at making the sales pitch. However, they will never communicate with you and you will see about 10% of the final settlement. They will usually try to get you some money in the first three months, to keep up the facade. Afterwards, they will ignore you completely. Look up the law firm in glassdoor and read the employee reviews. The firm is rotten.

Lacks communication with clients. 1st part of process a so-called "Senior Investigator" Anthony Cappello misleads you by stating you have a case. Made us discharge our current lawyer since he stated we had a case with Weitz & Luxenberg. Took them 3 weeks to give my mother a call just to ask the same questions that Anthony already had asked.We didn't hear back from them after, I had to chase them down to get a response. Made my mom (Mesothelioma patient) & I feel like a number & not important.
they have my fathers case for asbestos/Mesothelioma case for years he always got checks for small amounts. my dad past awy 3 years ago still waiting on checks to come in I have to call them at least 2x's a week and wait for a call back. when I called someone in accounting office I demanded to see a copy of evey ceck he received and well I went through the first page I was shocked to see where he would get a check for like 5,000 they would devided it into 2 take attorney fee out of both send my f
