My intended career with United Parcel Service (UPS) came and went between May 8 and June 15 of this year. I mailed a written request for consult July 29. I mailed a second written request for consult September 5. A youngster, perhaps an intern, called me sometime between September 8 and 12, requesting details of my case. I gave an overview and asked the youngster if I could email the finer details of the case of age, race, and gender discrimination, since I had already written a comprehensive but brief document. I emailed the documents September 12. As of October 8, my personal phone went permanently out of service, so I emailed to request further communication via email, at least until I replace the personal phone. As of today, October 17, I await news of whether a consult can happen, a request first made July 29. I cannot recommend this attorney to anyone for any reason.
Attorney Lopez switched to being social security from employment after slipping out "it's okay for them to that" after finding out the supervisors are white hating blacks committing perjury on a white like me at Walmart in willow grove pa They record conversations on phone say if they have no record of me is because erased it. The best defense they have is silence. Other wise they be taking legal action on me. It's about milking the victim financially more than justice. I'm glad I didn't waste time on a gofundme for these greedy legal fees. I believe they find ways to blow my case which would've been in the bag victory on the first court date.
It was impossible to speak with anyone there. The firm conducts its business like an assembly line. throwing people's livelihood against the wall and hope that it sticks. They play the numbers game. Horrible experience and recommend others to look for representation elsewhere.

Hired Law Firm
I am unhappy with Eric Shore LO services or the lack of services. I have often called and there is always a long wait. I leave messages with a person or a machine detailing my issue and requesting a call back. Many times I do not get a call back. I called and my phone indicated I waited 2 hours 43 minutes. I hung up. There has been many things promised me and have had no delivery. I had a standing phone call appointment with an attorney but I was called at the wrong time and as a result I missed the call. I have been calling for two days to reschedule and no call back from his office. I put my life in his hands now I find that was a huge mistake and I paid for it. I blame Eric Shore. Eric get your staff help to meet the volume of calls/clients. Eric step up get involved, manage your firm, support his staff, help your clients. I am getting a new attorney so should you.
I wasted 8 months of my life until they told me that they could and would help me. Poor communications and every time I had to call my case worker she was either NOT THERE or to busy for me. I was pushed onto other people that did not care. Stay away from here as it is a waste of time.

Reviews
These client and peer reviews are from the Martindale-Avvo Legal Network.
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
