Although their process is automated, they are very personable and professional. There are timely when I spoke to a person. She was very compassionate and professional. She made sure that I didn't have any questions and then I if I did have questions, she took the time to explain them, walked me through their automated system so I would know how it would work and how to expect Communications, they did a really excellent job.
