Jeff provided excellent professional advice for the LLC set up, prompted us with the appropriate questions for our CPA, and led us through the creation and filing of the Articles of Organization. I highly recommend the services of Jeffrey Schoen. I am a Canadian lawyer and I hired Mr. Schoen to correct the registration of an Arizona corporate entity my client had set up on his own without using a lawyer. It was important to correct the corporate registration so that a condo owned by the Arizona corporation could be sold with proper title. Mr. Shoen's efforts throughout were diligent and he was very patient even though I was at times unresponsive due to my own practice concerns. on unrelated files. He brought the matter to a successful conclusion and now the condo can be sold. I would add that Mr. Schoen's fees were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Mr. Schoen walked us through the process and laid out everything clearly and concisely. Despite not being able to meet in person, we felt comfortable with the process and explanations.
