I highly recommend the services of Jeffrey Schoen. I am a Canadian lawyer and I hired Mr. Schoen to correct the registration of an Arizona corporate entity my client had set up on his own without using a lawyer. It was important to correct the corporate registration so that a condo owned by the Arizona corporation could be sold with proper title. Mr. Shoen's efforts throughout were diligent and he was very patient even though I was at times unresponsive due to my own practice concerns. on unrelated files. He brought the matter to a successful conclusion and now the condo can be sold. I would add that Mr. Schoen's fees were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
