Hired Attorney George Kita

I'm a retired police officer who was arrested and charged for battery on a police officer during a very low moment in my life. I don't recall the incident because I was intoxicated and So you can imagine how stressed and embarrased I was. I specifically sought out an attorney that had experience on both sides of the fence (prosecution & defense). I really consider finding Mr. Kita a blessing. He really cares about his clients - which is becoming a rarity in Los Angeles County. He realized this was an out-of-character incident where-in I experienced a momentary lapse in judgment. He helped me de-stress while strategizing an honest response to the courts; including my auto-biography. Mr. Kita convinced the court to allow me to attend an Anger Managment Diversion program that will result in case dismissal upon completion. I can't thank him enough! My recommendation couldn't be higher.

Mr. Kita got my teenager out of some trouble, won the case and brought us a great sigh of relief. He was very professional throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable with the court system in general. My family is very grateful we found him and he was able to get everything we wanted out of our court trial.

Attorney Kita Was very knowledgeable and professional when representing my son who was facing a felony charge for the first time. As a parent I was very afraid that my son would be placed in juvenile hall, but I’m glad I chose Mr. Kita to represent him. I appreciate his empathetic demeanor and communication skills, always informed us of case stays very reliable.

Mr. Kita was miraculously able to get my probation terminated well before its scheduled date (six months earlier), and also helped me to get rid of the initial guilty plea and arrest records. Mr. Kita did a superb legal job, thanks to his highest expertise in criminal defense and detailed knowledge of all intricacies of the Penal Code. Hired Attorney George Kita

I retained George Kita to represent a family member charged at the West Covina Superior Court in Los Angeles County for an alleged sex crime. Prior to hiring Mr. Kita, we didn't sleep too well worrying about what was going to happen. He is very thorough and detail oriented and always returned my phone calls. He obtained a very excellent outcome. I recommend him to anyone needing help for a legal problem.
