Ben was an outstanding legal professional, with a great understanding of the situation I had been involved in. His responses to email inquiries were timely, brief, and direct. We ended up achieving the desired result over the course of two reschedules. I would recommend him to anyone in is field.

I hired him thinking he could possibly help me, what a waste of $13,000. I would have got the same outcome with a public defender. At my initial appearance the officer testified that I didn’t appear under the influence the only reason she suspected I was was due to the smell of weed, when I was sentenced the district attorney lied and said the officer testified I appeared under the influence, Ben said nothing at all. Then I got an ignition interlock for pot and I don’t drink what so ever! I got no charges dropped or amended to lessor charges the only out come was instead of 45 days jail I got 2 weeks jail and 2 years of probation for 1 gram of pot!
