He helped me to recover some of the money that I lost to a greedy skunk. I was hit from behind by someone in an automobile and nearly killed. Mr. Massengill represented me in a suit against the person that ran me over.
Mr. Coughlin also represented me along with Mr. Massengill when a drunk driver hit me from behind in an automobile accident.
Myers did an excellent job of keeping me informed without breaking protocol. He clearly laid out my options before, during, and after court as well as I could expect. I won my case for primary custody, and as a father, that can be quite difficult.

This firm showed little interest in my case. I was brought to the hospital and was NOT treated for a collapsed lung, broken ribs, torn esophagus, punctured stomach and intestinal bleeding. I went to another hospital and was immediately admitted in serious condition. Someone is negligent in the care I should have received some type of care. But got none. I am now on hospice die to the aggregating circumstances due to the lack of care provided to me, which by the way was NONE !!!
I sent an email via the website plus called the office and left a message for someone to call me about reviewing a contract for me. NO ONE has replied to my email or my phone call. Don't even bother reaching out to them. They are worthless!!!
