I like how Ray has worked with me in responding to me even on the weekends. He didn’t have to do that yet he did. He doesn’t try to nickel and dime me, and he puts his work in. I think he’s attentive and aggressive if needed. I respect that he assessed whether or not I could benefit from his services case by case. He wouldn’t accept my money unless it was justified as in my favor.
