Joseph Ross would respond to any question I had in a timely manner whether it was later in the evening or a weekend. I thought filing for bankruptcy was going to be stressful and full of worries but he made the process very simple. He was the first bankruptcy lawyer I called and after speaking to him once I knew he was the one to go with.

Outstanding attorney. I only regret that my case could not exceed 60 months because I experienced long-term unemployment due to the covid-19 pandemic. I also wish the attorney's office could provide phone or video exit interviews for chapter 13 clients. 36-60 months is a long-term client-attorney process, and it helps when there are two-way conversations to promote positive closure. I absolutely love this law office, and everyone exceeded my expectations. This attorney also demonstrates the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism. I will miss corresponding with the office once my case closes.
