We were injured in an accident in 2024 and other firms wanted to settle right away with out getting the proper care for our injuries and then I found Arsen and his team and they have been wonderful. They fought ever step of the way to make sure I got the best care for my injuries until I felt better. I couldn't have done this without Arsen and his team who all have been wonderful. Thank you Arsen for sticking up for me and my kids and thank you Juan for always getting back to me and answering all my questions.

Hands down, Arsen and his team are one of the top, strongest, sharpest, and most caring and sincere lawyers in L.A. All without any attitude. As I had my accident with the semi truck I was referred to the Law Offices of Arsen Sarapinian. Their first concern was to find us the best medical help that we needed and that shows how truly they care for their clients above anything else. My case was being undervalued, communication was weak, and it was clear they were comfortable settling cheap. They managed files — they didn’t fight cases. That ended the moment Arsen took over. He negotiated from leverage, not hope. He identified the pressure points, refused to let the defense minimize anything, and pushed when it mattered. No noise. No theatrics. Just strategy and execution. Communication was precise and consistent. Arsen stayed directly involved, and his team ensured nothing slipped. 10/10 recommend. Arsen and his team are top-notch professionals. I came across Arsen after I was rear-ended by LA Metro. The case was challenging because there was no police report, and Metro tried denying the claim and getting away with it. Arsen and his team made sure that didn’t happen and handled everything from start to finish. Some things worth highlighting: - Due diligence - Fast response time - Fee transparency - Attention to detail - Client-focused approach Big shout-out to Sergio for always explaining how local laws work and consistently keeping me updated.
