I had a client who had their private line of credit called by a large company that was the sole secured creditor. Greg was able to secure the return of the products we had manufactured and a license to sell them and we were in turn able to sell them to the defunct client's customer to recover our money. We were the only supplier who recovered their goods.
Greg was very informative and very clearly explained my options when I was looking to make changes to a contracted employee's agreement. Greg gave me several options to consider all with varying costs to me and possible litigation time and was willing to take the time to discuss the pros/cons of each scenario. He also took into account my approach to the employee and how best to appear non threatening. Thanks to his foresight, we were able to resolve the issues very quickly!
