Worked with this lawyer for my truck claim and he did a great job We won the case. It did take about 1 year to complete start to finish but well worth it. I highly recommend this lawyer for any car related issues that require a lawyer’s assistance

Alex Simanovsky & Associates. They immediately took my case. I was always updated with any movement forward & I always felt like my questions and concerns were put to ease by my lawyer. You have to trust the process, it took FCA a while to agree to the terms but in the end I was very pleased with the outcome.

They successfully negotiated a settlement with a large automobile company for me. The attorney fee seemed a bit high but the automobile company paid the fee.

he received my case from the FTC after I filed a complaint with them. Portfolio recovery Assoc. was harrassing me endlessly he sent them a letter the harrassing stopped and he received $2000.00 for his efforts.

I got a call from the intake guy saying that we may have a case so I sent him the information. I did tell him I had to wait for some invoices and then I told him when those were there and he only called me back once.

Would not communicate! I left multiple voicemails and emails after being told I would be called right back by the attorney. Finally getting ahold of someone a month after we we were told the issue was handled they never sent our claim in. we did however receive our settlement but he took 3.5k after I was told 1.5 He will only call you to ask if you want to sue for more. Don't expect your cash in the 45 days. They hold it. Very friendly at first once you say I do, good luck! Shady operation, attorney was very rude! Better call Saul vibes.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
