They from day one had their mind made up of what was to happen. Two years later we find out they gave us bad advice and we lost out on 100,000’s. Look elsewhere. I wish we had because my husbands retirement would be in tack still!

Such a liar and pathetic lawyer. Wasted my time and money. When he received my papers, he kept 1 paper and didn't tell me about it, so when I went to school with the papers I had in hand thinking I have them all, I was told I'm missing one. I contacted the lawyer and he personally tells me that he has it and knew about it. He said that it's in his farthest office from my place knowing that I don't have a car. He explains that he can't mail "important" documents. He got my documents by mail in the same envelope and mailed them to me missing that one paper to make it hard for me to get back into school because my brother got mad at him when we found out the lawyer is clueless about the case. Then he MAILED it to a closer office of his but not the closest one to my place to still make it hard after I begged him for it.

Beware of this Law Firm. I gave them 3500.00 to get started with my divorce. They havent served her or filed the petition paperwork. All we have done so far is filled out paperwork. After i decided to go to another firm because nothing had been done on my case, they have added another 1500.00 of trumped up charges out of no where on top of the 3500.00. I need this divorce to get my kids out of a abusive environment. Now I am in a situation where I can't afford to get this done. Thanks guys.

The Associate Attorney Julie Johnson knows the law however her responsiveness is extremely slow. Additionally, we had problems with communication, scheduling of appointments and accuracy of billing information. When meetings were scheduled Julie was often times late and/or stepped out to join other calls for cases she was handling. The biggest complaint I have is with the accuracy of billing which included charges that were not associated with our case in the amount of $1600.00.

Does not talk to clients in a professional manner. Does not research well or offer all possibilities/options for case dismissal or disposal. He does what he wants to do NOT what his clients ask(pay) him to do! Prolongs work longer than necessary. Does not fight for his clients rights!

When it comes to medical malpractice all they care about are their profits and how much money they can make out of a case, they only take easy red handed cases that do not even need a lawyer to put in the effort , read and investigate. They have no value to human life.

Extremely Poor Communication – Deeply Disappointed with Bailey & Galyen I hired the law firm of Bailey and Galyen in Bedford , Texas back in March 2025 to handle my case. Since that time, I have received only a handful of phone calls (1 incoming call, 6 outgoing calls, 2 answered and maybe 9 brief emails—that’s it. Months have passed with little to no communication or meaningful updates about my lawsuit. I was told earlier this week that an attorney would contact me to discuss my email and concerns, but as of October 4th, I still haven’t received a single follow-up. This level of disregard for communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. Bailey and Galyen seem to prioritize large settlement cases—if your case isn’t a “big fish,” it feels like you’re pushed to the back burner and forgotten. My lawyer missed a hearing, when I called to speak with him he was always with another client, when his Paralegal told me that she would contact me the following morning two days in a row I had to call both evenings and demand to speak to someone as I was blown off both days when I tried calling. Then I got an email from the lawyer saying I was unprofessional to his staff. It's funny because I was told they were trying to get a restraining order signed and they would let me know asap, actually by 10am both mornings and amazingly nothing both days until his horrible email the following Monday. I could be wrong on this one but considering his attitude towards me I wonder but after one hearing he rubbed his eye with his middle finger with the gesture facing me. I know that sounds ridiculous but I honestly wonder after the unprofessionalism I received from pretty much most of our conversations. I showed up to my sons interview with the judge because I was not instructed to do so before

PLEASE BELIEVE ANY NEGATIVE REVIEW!!!! Rude, incompetent, misogynistic, divorcee is the only way to describe Mr. Paul Kennedy. Any “good review” he has or received I can guarantee you was by a male, or fake. If Paul put in half the effort into begging for his fees as into an actual case he’d probably have clients. But instead, he tries to suck clean the few he probably has for no effort at all and treating them like they’re worthless. Mr. Kennedy has a personal vendetta against women. Probably because his ex wife he likes to talk about so much. Absolutely DO NOT hire him.
