Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Going through my civil lawsuit was one of the most stressful and overwhelming experiences of my life, but having Ms. Phillips by my side made all the difference. From day one, she not only provided exceptional legal representation but also offered the support and reassurance I desperately needed. She fought for me with unwavering dedication, guiding me through every step with confidence and expertise. Thanks to her, the outcome of my case exceeded my wildest expectations. I cannot recommend Ms. Phillips highly enough—if you need a lawyer who will truly fight for you, look no further!
Working with the Law Office of Carolyn C. Phillips was a great experience in the end. This 'Women Empowered Team' had my back throughout this stressful experience. That first phone call with her put my mind at ease. I had phoned other law offices, but hers was the one I chose because of the professional, yet compassionate way I was treated. Her team was patient and kind when I had questions or when I was concerned about aspects of the case. They answered me via email, texts or by phone in a very timely manner. They contacted me with options when we needed professionals to support my case. We talked through everyone of them. I never felt alone going through this process, even though it took 2+ years. It was worth every penny as we won my case in the end. I highly recommend this amazing law firm to fight your case alongside and with you.
We had a dispute with a company that put on some guttering covers for us, damaging out roof. She was very through and got them to fix and replace the covers with out to much problem.
Carolyn has worked with me on many different issues, ranging from resolving a tax dispute with the franchise tax board, to negotiating and drafting a residential lease and sublease. She is always knowledgeable, responsive, and professional, and she does amazing work.
With the passing of our father, my brother and I found ourselves confronted with a family trust. We were fortunate to be introduced to Carolyn Phillips to help guide us through the legal maze and keep us headed in the proper direction. It’s always a good idea to have someone with a cool, clear vision of what’s ahead of you on your side. Thanks Carolyn for your expertise.
I strongly recommend the legal services of Atty. Carolyn Phillips. With Ms. Phillips' counsel I successfully completed a challenging law suit. Her knowledge of the law, and tenacity in dealing with a brutal opposing party, led to a thorough and successful treatment of my case. She empowered me to help me make informed choices. She presented the possible outcomes to me in a realistic way. Ms. Phillips' initial reading of the situation was an accurate assessment of the ultimate outcome.
Carolyn Phillips has been legal counsel for my consulting engineering firm since 2004, Over the past 14 years, she has provided vital assistance to my company from reviewing leases to business contracts to potential lawsuits, When problems have arisen, she has evaluated the situation, advised us as to how to proceed, and has always been correct in her assessment and advice. She does the work herself, she's creative, committed, and a great legal mind.
Would leave negative stars if could. Carolyn caused me to be imposed over $26,000 in sanctions. She wouldn’t answer questions after opposing council gave her extensions. HOA case where my neighbors had violated CC&Rs. Carolyn amended complaint and took all viable, important causes of action out. Never added Davis Sterling Act. which was key. Talked down to and berated me. Kept telling me to settle when I had done nothing wrong. New attorneys had to start over and fix all her mistakes.
