He represented the Town of Surfside Beach for 22 years and is, and has been, the Attorney for the Town of Pawleys Island since 1996. David is a member of the Murrells Inlet Rotary Club, a board member of the South Strand Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the South Carolina Bar.
