Hired Attorney Ms. Tracey Justice

Tracey Justice and Dana White are exceptional lawyers. They took the time to understand our needs; kept us informed and provided regular itemized statements. Our case is taking a little longer than anticipated due to unexpected complications. These lawyers inspire confidence and are very knowledgeable. Fees are in line with other firms & they make us feel important to them. We highly recommend this firm.

Hired Law Firm

Avoid using Justice & White at all cost. The attorney they had handling my case was let go because her "bedside manner" was offensive to many of their clients. I had the same experience. However, my biggest issue was that I was never given any notification. My case was given to this lawyer when she left. When I followed up with them to discuss why , I was told if I was having money problems, this was not their problem. They also called my new council directly. Extremely unprofessional.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
