Hired Attorney Kent Buckingham

Kent has been so easy to work with, he is knowledgeable and compassionate. He was able to give me reasonable expectations for how my case (which is ongoing) could likely go and what I should expect. I have recommended him to friends and family, because I know he is personally vested in his clients and will go to bat for them. I have been tremendously blessed to have him as a lawyer, because I have never been in this situation before.

Mr. Buckingham flew to the east coast several times & understood how a correct gall bladder surgery is supposed to be done better than the surgeon. He was very knowledgeable & precise. he truly was impressive.

Mr. Buckingham won our case after two other law firms said it would be impossible to win. He knew the medicine better than the experts in the case. I guess the fact that he's also a doctor was a great help. Thank God we found him. He really seemed to care about our family. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
