About The Law Office of Scott Righthand, P.C.

Scott D. Righthand has practiced litigation in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1979. Previously a partner with James Bostwick, who had been a partner at the Walkup firm, Mr. Righthand began his own practice in 1992. That practice has consisted of exclusively Plaintiff's injury cases from all causes including automobile accidents, malpractice, construction accidents, helicopter/air accidents, products failure and more. Mr. Righthand has an excellent record at the trial court level as well as in the appellate courts having argued cases in both the Hawaii and California Supreme Courts. The firm is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. The firm carriers the highest rating given by Martindale-Hubbell.
